Laser Engraving & Sand Etching & Carving Service - (Engraved Refers to Both Services) - Based on Square Inches of Rectangular Engraved Area; Material Engraved, Quantity Engraved Per Order; Product Preparation, Plus Any Necessary Graphics Work. Includes All Set-up, and Product Preparation & Clean-up. We do not laser engrave your plastic products as they may contain PVC or may not be laserable.

Logo Design - By Quote
We design logos that are perfect for every method of reproduction and every media you will put your logo on. You will get graphic files prepared for: Full Color Printing; Single Color Printing; Black & White Printing; Embroidery, Engraving, Large Format Printing on Signs & Banners; Screen Printing. We understand branding. We know what most other graphic designers haven't thought about...all the ways your logo will be used.
Paper-based Graphic, Scan & Clean-Up - $30
Scan image from paper, erase spots caused by scan, sizing, file creation, turning to grayscale or black & white, etc.
Bitmap File of Black & White Client Logo or Graphic, Engraving Preparation - $20
Sizing, turning to grayscale or black & white, thickening lines, file creation, etc.
Our Stock Art - $10
Requires resizing, turning to grayscale or black & white, line thickening, and other possible changes.
Color or Low Resolution Bitmap File of Logo or Graphic Require Vectorizing (tracing) - $30 to $150+ - We will quote you after seeing the graphic. Trace a graphic to create objects, matching fonts as best as possible, replacing text, sizing, turning to grayscale or black & white, thickening lines, etc. Vectorizing may be necessary to create a graphic that is engravable with good quality results.
Layout & Set-up of Client Product - Quoted Based on Project
Product measurements, graphics & text layout, font selection, preparing product for engraving, test engraving, clean up and packaging.
Custom Fabrication - $50 Per Hour
Assembly, physical layout of plates & photos, drilling holes, plate application, cutting photos, applying photo covers, building trophies, etc.
Paint / Color Fill Engraved Areas - $8 for Single Color for Typical Size Awards
Quoted for all other sizes & products based on square inches, number & choice of colors. Signs & Memorials (stone, tiles, bricks, cement) that will be outside are typically painted with an outdoor sign paint called One Shot. Painting prices are quoted by project. Bricks, cement pavers and some natural stone require a clear seal before sandblasting. The sandblasted area may be painted or filled with grout and sealed.
Projects Over $100 - Require a 50% Deposit
All invoices for projects are due at time of delivery. Past due invoices will include a 1-1/2% Per Month Interest & Handling Charge.
We accept business & personal checks with appropriate identification. Insufficient fund checks not immediately covered for fees charged to us and made good are entered into the Bad Check Restitution Program with the Riverside County District Attorney's Office and include substantial penalties. Please resolve bad checks quickly...the clock is ticking.
Production Schedule - we schedule out most small projects 3 to 5 days in advance. Larger and custom projects may take several weeks or longer. Please schedule large projects well in advance. We schedule your project once we receive ALL of the following: Product Blanks from our suppliers; text, names & graphic files from you; final approval on any proofs you request. Please provide us the information we need as quickly as possible. Your orders or providing us information and graphics which give us 3 or less production days will result in a Rush Order and increased engraving and fabrication charges.
